Product Description:

This radar reflector is a critical safety device designed to enhance the radar visibility of liferafts in maritime search and rescue operations. When inflated and suspended at the highest point of a liferaft (inside or outside the canopy), it significantly increases the radar cross-section (RCS), enabling rescue vessels, aircraft, or coastguard systems to detect the liferaft more quickly and accurately in poor visibility conditions, such as darkness, fog, or heavy rain.

Instructions for use:

1.  Remove the Radar Reflector from the Airtight plastic bag.

2.  Inflate by pump or by mouth until the ball has the flexibility (Inflation is not too full). If inflate by pump should be slowly, avoiding for within the ball    reflective materials be damaged.

3.  For Liferafts, suspend at the higher point inside or outside of canopy (choose high point).

4.  For Lifeboats, using lanyard to suspend at the high point.

5.  No sharp objects near the suspension point for avoiding ball breakage.

6.  This product must be sync check with Liferafts and Lifeboats each year. Within the ball reflective materials without be damaged, the ball without leaking obviously that is qualified.

7. Radar reflector should be stored in a dry ventilated place, avoid storing with acids, alkalis, oils of environments and solvent type of chemical products, corrosive gas to be detrimental to radar reflector. Avoid collide and weight from sharp objects.
